Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at time of purchase. The cancellation policy is the same as our return policy. All payments will return to a gift card for store credit. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can exchange or return the item following the proper steps of our return policy.
